Carte blanche for this 28 m² Parisian apartment: Agence MLM’s task was to give it a new lease of life, combining a complete restructuring with a resolutely modern feel.

The owners handed me the keys to turn this place into an elegant, functional pied-à-terre in the heart of Paris. Every square metre was optimised: the kitchen was redesigned, the volumes redefined and the spaces partitioned with precision to balance comfort, flow and privacy.

We designed made-to-measure storage, fitted a clever space-saving table into the worktop, and completely reworked the bedroom and the shower room.

The atmosphere is pared-back, contemporary and subtly masculine: a palette of whites and warm beiges, punctuated by understated textures, calms the space while revealing the natural light. Here, simplicity is a promise of serenity, carried by clean lines and lasting choices.
